Presenting BIDK’s selection of Danish-designed, Sri-Lanka-made pots, vases, tabletop accessories, and garden products.
This collection is the result of a socially responsible cottage industry program in which under-privileged women are paid a fair wage for producing piecework products from their homes. The items are constructed using sustainable materials including recycled paper, plastic and aluminum, sand and latex, mahogany remnants from the furniture industry as well as other natural materials. The vessels are 100% waterproof, and 100% biodegradable.
